Graphic Novel (publishers pitch)

I have just began working with a very talented author called Ravi Thornton, we have just started collaborating on a pitch for our first Graphic Novel entitled 'Child' and below are a couple of the character designs for 'Brin and Bent' (heads only, bodies are still yet to be made). This is a project I have been wanting to do for a few years now and i will be posting much more on this as we go along. Happy days!........................

Prodigy Music Video Comp

Here are various elements and my finished video of my submission for The Prodigy 'Run with the wolves music video' comp sponsored by Dailymotion.com which was largely completed whilst I was ill over xmas and new year but it was one hell of a lot of work much more than I originally intended, this was also an exercise in learning the animation software Anime Studio .enjoy :)

Migrate Mag , Kult Mag and Various other things

Hello all

Ive not been blogging much but I hope for that to change this year. Ive been busy as usual ,here are some samples of what ive been up to below :) enjoy.

First off.........
I was commisioned to create an editorial for a magazine form Johannesburg called Migrate Magazine (http://www.theloerieawards.co.za/) it was for their 'Signs of the Times' issue and here it is (the illustration is on the left and is entitled 'Portrait of a recruitment consultant').



















Secondly.........
I was commisioned to produce a editorial for Kult Magazine (Singapore) (http://www.kult.com.sg/). This was kinda unusual as aswell as appearing in their magazine the work is going to be animated and placed on these Arcade machines they have placed in hotel lobbys around and about Singapore. The editorial itself was based on 'Hiv can lay dormant for years before becoming fully fledged Aids'. (pictured below)

Thirdly........

I have just finished a new piece of work using my trusty Mudbox & zbrush software.yeeeehaaaa!!!

Woven Music Video

A new piece of work

I have just completed a new piece of work, (below) its rendered quite large (around a1 size) and I have included one of the raw images before any retouching was done also. I am hoping to release this as a print in the near future.
